Darkside 2.0 TDI Common Rail EGR Delete / Race Pipe and EGR Cooler Delete - This kit is not suitable for the US Spec CJAA Engines

This kit replaces the EGR Valve and EGR Cooler whilst retaining the ASV so the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignition

• Reduces inlet air temperatures = more power
• Prevents inlet and turbo from clogging up
• Stainless Steel Coolant Pipe
• Made in the UK

If the option not to include the EGR delete race pipe is selected the stock EGR valve will remain and will be blanked off.

THIS KIT CONSISTS OF:

Darkside Developments EGR Delete / RacePipe (Optional)
EGR Delete O-Ring
1x Vented Grub Screw (For Boost Gauge)
1x Solid Grub Screw (Blank)
Stainless Steel Coolant Pipe
2x Jubilee Clamps for Coolant Hoses
EGR Blanking Plate (for Turbo EGR Port)
EGR Gasket (for Turbo EGR Port)
2x M8 Nuts (for Turbo EGR Port)
2x M6 Bolts (for EGR Valve Port)

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dashboard. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
