This kit blanks the EGR Valve and removes the EGR Cooler whilst retaining the ASV so the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignition
- Reduces inlet air temperatures = more power
- Prevents inlet and turbo from clogging up
- Silicone Coolant Pipe
- Made in the UK
This Kit Consists of the following:
2 x Large EGR Blanking Plates
1 x Large EGR Gasket
1 x Silicone Coolant Hose
2 x Mikalor Clamps

Please Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
We only recommend removing the EGR if you are also removing the DPF. Failure to do so may result in the DPF blocking sooner.
