Our latest version of billet valve covers for the legendary 4G63 engine is here.
We used a state of the art 3D scanning technology to scan an oem valve cover of the original 4G63 in order to develop this billet cover. This valve cover are identical to the OEM design with a few improvments while still allowing you to use the OEM plastic cover for that perfect look.
The covers are made from a 6061-T6 aerospace billet Aluminum block. They are CNC machinned from the ground up to a very precise tolerance. They feature AN10 ( -10 ) fittings on the side of the cover, for an external oil catch can and baffle plates underneath to avoid oil lose in the engine.
Our baffle system features a "tunnel system" as seen on the photos above to enlarge the route the oil and air has to take, reducing blow by and oil vapour from escaping.
The covers can be anodized in a variety of colors that you can choose from the drop down menu above. Custom colors or request can be done as well at a prior notice.
